SHL Pharma provides final assembly, labeling and packaging services of drug delivery devices to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. State-of-the-art Facilities

Our 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in South Florida, USA has been carefully designed for efficient material flow with a total of 30,000 square foot of manufacturing space, including customized clean rooms. The facility itself has been constructed using 'green' practices with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment.

With construction and renovations completed in April of 2011, we are in the process of obtaining our ISO13485 certification and will be registering with FDA as a Drug Establishment, qualified to handle and distribute pharmaceutical products. Additionally, we will conform to all other regulatory requirements for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging and distribution, as per 21 CFR Parts 820, 210 and 211.

Automated Processes

The facility houses automated equipment designed specifically for the precise assembly of SHL Medical devices. The vast majority of assembly and testing machines utilized have been built by SHL Automation, resulting in total integration between the device developer and the machine developer. This ensures that parallel activities can take place and that vital information is shared in a timely manner. This also provides the opportunity to design features into product designs that aid the final assembly process.
